This was the Elks lodge in Plattsburgh for most of a century. It's a big building on two acres, a few minutes from Lake Champlain, and we rent all of it at once rather than by the room.

Inside there's a ballroom of about 4,000 square feet, tables and chairs for another 8,000, a full commercial kitchen, two bars, and a six-lane bowling alley that still runs. Parking is paved and on site, so a hundred people can show up without circling the block.

People use it for reunions, weddings, retreats, film shoots and club weekends. Anything that needs a big room and a real kitchen in the same place for a few days.

We're converting part of the building to apartments, so we confirm dates one at a time instead of running a live calendar.

This is a townhouse in Rockville, Maryland. It's rented to long-term tenants who are settled and staying, so it isn't available now and it isn't for sale.

It's 1,727 square feet over three floors: four bedrooms, a garage and storage on the ground floor, kitchen and living space in the middle, bedrooms and baths at the top. The full floor plan is below.

The lease runs through summer 2027. After that we'll rent it again on a one-year lease. We call the list below first, in the order people joined, before it goes anywhere else.
